Why won't my radon monitor turn on?There are a few things we can do to trouble shoot this. Make sure the magnetic connector chord is actually connected at the back of the device. Make sure the outlet you are using actually has power and is not connected to a light switch. The device should turn on automatically when plugged into a live outlet.

Why can't I connect to my radon monitor.We can do a few things to troubleshoot this. 1. Make sure you have downloaded your corresponding OneRadon app from the start/stop page and watched the video (Stop Test/ Retrieve Results). 2. Make sure your bluetooth is turned on. The OneRadon app pulls reports through bluetooth to your smart phone. 3. Make sure you have good cell service. If your test has completed, you may move your device to a better cell area to pull your report. 4. When you click (Connect 1028XP) in the app there will be no loading wheel or progress bar. This does not mean it is not connecting. Give the app a second or two to try and establish a connection.

Why can't I export my radon test report?Please refer to the Stop Test/ Retrieve Results video. You must follow the video step by step, or the app will not allow you to export your report. Please feel free to start and pause the video at any time.
